Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary. By participating in this Campaign, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Campaign.
- This activity is open to Indian citizens, residing in India only.
- Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
- To gain entry to the venue, you may be asked to show your fully vaccinated certificate/negative RT-PCR report.
- Only one entry per Participant shall be consider-multiple entries/the same entry across different social media platforms shall not be considered more than once.
- No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling due to covid protocols or bad weather conditions
- Kitchen of flavour’s reserves the right to extend, cancel or modify this activity and the terms associated with it at any time without prior notice.
- In case of unavailability/ineligibility of a winner/s or if the winner/s gives wrong details, Kitchen of Flavour’s reserves the right to nominate the next winner.
- There is no cash alternative to the gift hamper and the hamper is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Employees, contractors, consultants, and agents (and their immediate families) of Kitchen of Flavour’s, sponsors licensees and marketers are not eligible to participate in the activity.
- By participating in the activity, the winner unconditionally agrees that Kitchen of Flavour’s and those acting under its authority, may use the winner’s name, recipe, and picture/portrait likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration.
- By participating in the activity, each Entrant accepts these terms and conditions and warrants that his/her entry/comment does not contain any material that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, or obscene and is not inappropriate, offensive, or negative. Kitchen of Flavour’s reserves the right to remove/delete any entries it considers libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, inappropriate, offensive, or negative.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
- Participant gives Kitchen of Flavour’s and sponsors the right (in perpetuity) to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes and in any media, Participant’s and/or Winner’s entry (in part or full), his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph (except where prohibited by law) without any further permission or consent or consideration in any form, including but not limited to, royalty.
- The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
- People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
- Venue rules apply.
